No reply from PHP Magazine

I’ve sent an email to PHP Magazine since 19 January 2004 that is about the subscription. The content is:
I would like to continue reading it, however, the price is higher than I expected (I’m current subscriber of php|architect since it published and it only costs USD 24.49 for 12 issues). Could you make a special offer to me?
I think PHP Magazine is a good magazine, however, it has to answer the customer’s question, even it seems impossible to be done. I’ve sent the second email to them, but until now I didn’t receive any reply from them and I’ve given up to subscribe it.
